The character of vegetable-tanned leather
Coryum pieces are made with full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from the best Tuscan tanneries, a method in use since prehistoric times that keeps the leather free of toxic substances thanks to its low environmental impact. The tanning happens slowly inside wooden drums, with natural tannins from tree bark, and pieces made through this centuries-old tradition grow more beautiful and more distinctive over time.
