How can I pay for my order?
The payment methods we offer are PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Can I change my order?
Yes, before the product ships you can change your order by sending an email to info@coryum.it.

Can I return a product?
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed within 14 days of the purchase date, with a refund equal to the amount paid plus the cost of first shipping. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. This right applies, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, if and only if the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered, aside from the normal inspection the customer makes on receipt. It also cannot be applied to personalized goods. To exercise this right, contact us at info@coryum.it, clearly indicating the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

How do I return a product?
We suggest using an express courier to return the goods, to ensure they are shipped correctly and quickly. Goods sent this way are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the delivery provider, so we accept no legal responsibility for such returned products. We also ask you to take care when trying the product, as we will not accept, for any reason, products with a broken security seal or with the original tags missing or damaged.

Can your products be personalized?
You can request personalization with an engraving of your name or initials, where possible, and with hand painting.

Where does your leather come from?
Our leather comes exclusively from Tuscan tanneries and carries the relevant certification.

Is the vegetable-tanned leather certified?
Yes, the product comes with our tannery’s certification.

What kind of tanning is used for your products?
We use vegetable tanning, which has a low environmental impact.

Where are your pieces made?
Our workshop is in Via Agillina 22, in Cerveteri, in the province of Rome.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we also have a shop in Via Agillina 6/8, in Cerveteri, in the province of Rome.

What kind of care do your products need?
To protect the leather from aging, you can buy a dedicated leather wax on our site.
