Returns are free!

To exercise this right, the customer can contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@coryum.it, clearly indicating the product or products purchased for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will then provide all the information for a return or exchange.

This right cannot be applied to personalized goods.

Coryum guarantees complete customer satisfaction. In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), art. 14 (Right of Withdrawal), the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, receiving a refund equal to the amount paid plus the cost of first shipping, with the exception of any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at checkout. In the case of payment by bank transfer, a customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal will need to provide their bank details (IBAN, SWIFT and BIC), which are required to process the refund. The cost of re-sending goods in the case of an exchange is borne entirely by Pelletteria Coryum.

This right applies, in accordance with the Consumer Code, if and only if the goods are in the same condition in which they were delivered, aside from the normal inspection the customer makes on receipt. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts and with the accompanying tax documentation. Subject to verifying compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products covered by the withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days, including any shipping costs.

We also ask the customer to take care when trying the product, as we will not, under any circumstances, accept products that show damage. Goods sent back in this way are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or the delivery provider, so we accept no legal responsibility for such returned products. If the procedure is carried out correctly and the right of withdrawal applies, the customer will be contacted by email with instructions to receive the refund.
